Correction: Douglas, Curry and Coos County Citizens Lost Their Rights to Vote

Commissioner Chris Boice is not the commissioner to get the extra 2 years added to his term by legislature if HB 2244 passes.  Chris Boice is in Commissioner seat 3, but in Tim Freeman’s testimony at the legislature, when he was referring to Commissioner 3 to get 2 years added to his term, it was not referring to Commissioner seat three, but instead to Commissioner seat two, which as it turns out, is Tim Freeman’s own seat.  In the 20 minute testimony, only one Commissioner was referred to by name; Gary Leif.  The rest of the testimony referred to either the seat numbers or the Commissioner number, but they do not align.  My thanks and apology to Commissioner Boice for bringing this problem to my attention.
